Rum Baba Rum Baba – Let’s Dig Into This French Delight !!! In the month of January, while vacationing in Goa, had this amazing dessert called "Rum Baba" at a French restaurant. You may think it's same as Rum Balls. No there is no similarities in both desserts apart from one ingredient that is rum. Rum Baba or Baba Au Rum (French name) is a yeast cake soaked in syrup made with hard liquor, usually rum. It was served to us with whipped cream, strawberry and 30 ml white rum. Yesterday I tried to recreate this dessert with whatever I had in my pantry. Ya presentation of my dessert sucks but trust me it tastes exactly the same or shall I say better 😜. A bit lengthy process though.  So here we go... Ingredients: For baba: 1. Butter:                                                                                           9 tablespoons 2. How to make Stuffed Chili or Bharvan Mirchi in easy and simple way?

There is definitely huge advantage staying in a joint family; you get to eat stuff made by not always you ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜‰. So today I am sharing a dish, stuffed pepper or chili, made by my MIL. By the way she is an awesome cook ðŸ‘ŒðŸ‘Œ. So here we go

Ingredients:

1. Non spicy variety of green chili
2. Chickpea flour
3. Turmeric powder
4. Red chili powder
5. Curd
6. Roasted sesame seeds
7. Little bit sugar
8. Hot oil about a spoon or two for making dough
9. Water
10. Salt
11. Oil for cooking

Method:

1. Make tight dough of chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, curd, roasted sesame seeds, little bit sugar, hot oil and water.
2. Take non spicy variety of green chili or pepper (long and fat one) and deseed. Make sure it’s not cut vertically.
3. Stuff chilies with chickpea dough which we just made.
4. Add oil in a heated pan.
5. Add stuffed chilies and cover. If there is any dough remaining, you can add it along with stuffed chilies.  
6. Cook on low flame till done.

This one is my favorite side dish. Just yumm 🤤🤤.
